Every game is checked before you print it
Your game is written in six stages, and each stage has to pass a check before the next one starts. That is how the clues connect, the stories agree and the solution holds up on the night.
- Your cast: A character for every guest on your list, written for your theme. Check: Cast size and genders must match the guest list you entered.
- The crime: Killer, victim, method and motive are fixed first. Everything else builds on them. Check: Killer and victim must both be in your cast, and never the same person.
- Secrets: Every character gets secrets worth hiding from the table. Check: Each pair of characters is compared for contradictions. No secret names the killer.
- Objectives: Who each guest must question during the night, and why. Check: Every objective must rest on a secret the other character really holds.
- Clues: Evidence that leads to the killer, plus red herrings aimed at innocent suspects. Check: An AI reviewer and a name scan read every clue: no names, no giveaways.
- Solution: The host's walkthrough: what each exhibit proves and how to reveal the killer. Check: Every exhibit and secret it cites must exist. The killer can never be cleared.
- Ready for your party: Your game is written and checked. Download the host guide and every guest's pages, then print.
